Open an issue in the public project repository and include the affected page URL, the statement that needs review, a primary source where possible, and the environment or version involved. Do not include API keys, private logs, personal data or confidential repository content.

Reports are reviewed against the cited source and current upstream state. Confirmed material corrections update the page date and add context when the previous wording could have changed a reader’s decision.
